Yankees manager Joe Girardi came out of the dugout to have the play reviewed.

After being reviewed, the call was overturned by officials allowing the Yankees Catcher Brian McCann who was on third to score. Red Sox manager John Farrell stormed out of the dugout to argue. with officials that there was not enough evidence to overturn the call and was thrown out of the game. After the game, Farrell said there was no conclusive video to overturn the call.
