Andrew Zimmern of ‘Bizarre Foods’ Stops By Fall River

Earlier this year we had Guy Fierri stop by the Southcoast to try some of our food on his show, 'Diners Drive Ins and Dives'. Now, Travel Channel's Andrew Zimmern has paid us a visit.

So why exactly would Andrew Zimmern pay a visit to Fall River? To try some of the delicious Portuguese food that the city has to offer. They were led through the city by Derrick DeMelo of The Portuguese Kids.

According to the Herald News, Zimmern and his crew went to Portugalia Imports, Columbia Street Bakery and DeMelo’s parent’s house on Plain Street.
