An Actual Grilled Cheese

You may think you've had a grilled cheese before, but as chef Alton Brown points out a grill must actually be involved for you to have truly had a grilled cheese. 

It might be the most elaborate way to make one of the tastiest sandwiches around, but after watching his grilled grilled cheese creation video, I totally want to try this!

It's a fantastic new twist on a classic comfort food!
