ALDI Food Market Job Fair Coming to the Southcoast

ALDI is a fast growing discount food market chain and very soon, we're getting one right here on the Southcoast.

I was flipping through Wicked Local: Wareham and read that ALDI is holding a job fair in Wareham on Monday, August 21st from 10AM to 6PM at the TownPlace Suites by Mariott located at 50 Rosebrook Place.

ALDI could not say where in Wareham the store would be located, only that it is confirmed the store is coming soon.

The job opportunities within the ALDI company are awesome!  Store Associates will start at $12.75, which is $1.75 above minimum wage right now in Massachusetts. Shift managers will make $17.25 and Manager trainees salary start at $60,000 a year and have the opportunity to become store managers and make $90,000-$100,000 a year.

Also, employees working over 25 hours a week will be offered full benefits and all employees are offered to participate in the 401(k) program offered by the company. Applicants must be 18 years old or older, have a high school diploma or GED, availability between 6AM and 11PM Monday through Sunday, preferred retail experience, ability to pass a drug test and background check, and ability to lift at least 45 pounds. This sounds like a great opportunity for everyone looking for employment to take advantage of considering all the benefits of working here.
