We've all been frustrated when something doesn't work correctly while we're at work, and sometimes it seems like throwing it is the answer, but sometimes that can go horribly wrong, like it did recently for Maroon 5 frontman, Adam Levine.

Maroon 5 was performing in Toronto, Canada Monday night when Adam's microphone went on the fritz when the PA system failed. He did what anyone would do when they are testing a mic to see if it was working, tapped it with his hand over and over to see if he could get a sound, still nothing. That's when he became frustrated with the mic not working and he threw it. I can relate to that frustration.

Well, the mic accidentally hit a girl in the front row in the face. Oops. Stephanie Green was probably not thinking that a microphone to the kisser would be the result of getting front row tickets to a Maroon 5 show! She ended up being ok, with just a bruise to the forehead, and what happened next seems like it was all worth it.

Adam of course didn't mean for the mic to bounce the way it did and hit a fan, so he was very apologetic and checked to make sure Stephanie was alright. Once he found out that she was, he brought her up on the stage and told her that she'd be watching to remainder of the show from that spot instead!

Green later spoke about the show that night to City News Toronto, calling it: "just literally the best day. My dream come true. I never thought in a million years this would happen to me."

She went on to say that she saved a lot of money to be able to afford a front row seat, and despite the small injury, a bruise on her forehead, she said it was all worth it for the chance to meet Adam Levine.
