Earlier today former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was arrested at his North Attleboro, MA home. He was arraigned in court and officially charged with murder in the first degree, along with several other weapons charges. After the arraignment, Hernandez was put back into a Bristol County Sheriffs van and brought to Dartmouth where he will be staying at the Bristol County Jail.

Bristol County Sheriff Tom Hodgson spoke to the media after Hernandez was taken in, and said that he would be treated no different then any other inmate. He'll receive no special treatment. When asked about his attitude upon arrival, Hodgson said that Hernandez was polite and quiet.
