A little snag, the bear has to remain in Pennsylvania. The bear, which is currently residing in Woods Creek Grill near Harrisburg, has been there since 1967.

So why can't this stuffed bear leave state lines? Because of new endangered species laws, the bear must remain in PA. The owners of the restaurant aren't even allowed to sell the bear to a PA resident without proper documentation showing that the bear was shot legally in the 1960's.
