    Plymouth Deputy Sheriff James Creed

    Creed, off-duty Tuesday May 10th, was having dinner with his wife at Bertucci’s Italian Restaurant in the Silver City Galleria Mall when 28-year-old Arthur DaRosa entered the restaurant and began stabbing a waitress and several customers. He took DaRosa down with a single shot from his personal firearm.

    State Troopers Find Missing Ring in Wareham

    December 8, 2016

    Jonathan O'Loughlin and Kurt Bourdon, both of the Bourne State Police Barracks, went above and beyond the call of duty when they assisted an elderly couple searching for their lost diamond ring with metal detectors along Route 495. After an hour's search, they were successful in finding the sentimental artifact.

    New Bedford PD's 'Shop with a Cop'

    The department is participating in Shop with a Cop, a program that matches police officers with disadvantaged children in the community, to take nearly 60 New Bedford children to Target in North Dartmouth to purchase gifts for their siblings as well as themselves.

    Dartmouth Toy Drive at Target

    Not only did they fill one school bus with toys, they filled TWO! Thanks to working with Jen Cabral, Dartmouth's youth advocate, all the toys were donated to "Dartmouth families that would benefit from the drive."
