You are what you eat. Or at least what you eat affects your skin. Eat oily potato chips and the next day your skin will surely show it. But you probably have an abundance  food in your kitchen that you didn't even know could clear your skin. Try adding some of these foods to your diet and you'll see clear and glowing skin in just a matter or days!
