They say if you win a huge jackpot in the lottery, the floodgates open and everyone wants a taste of your fortune, including those who protect the law. Reports are that Pedro Quezada, who recently won $338 million in Powerball owes back child support and is subject to arrest.

According to CBS News, Pedro Quezada took the $221 million lump sum option which is about $152 million after taxes, and he hasn't decided yet what to do with the money.

As far as the child support goes, one of his 5 kids hasn't been paid the $29,000 which spans over the last 4 years. A sheriff's office warrant squad is trying to locate him to see if they can resolve this issue.

Bring on the bad luck winning curse. It looks like it's started already.
