There have been telling us for a while that their is a link between getting a good night's sleep and weight loss, but now a new study has found that sleeping at a very specific temperature can help prevent diabetes. The cooler the better according to the Huffington Post

A recent study published in the journal Diabetes found a colder bedroom lessens the risk of getting some diseases and even helps burn a few more calories during the day, It helps with metabolism, insulin levels and and weight loss

It also suggest that not only sleeping in a cooler room but sleeping in a cooler room naked is the best way to achieve an great night sleep and prevent diseases .Sleeping naked keeps you young! Keeping the temperature around 68-70 degrees allows the anti-aging hormones, melatonin and growth hormone,to function properly. I know being comfortable and cozy at bedtime is important to a lot of people, but a warm sleep environment can prevent the natural cooling process to take place in your body while you sleep.
