The Fairhaven Police Department is hosting the town's first ever National Night Out on Tuesday, August 1, from 4 to 8 pm.

"This event will be held outdoors at the Fairhaven High School, 12 Huttleston Ave, and the adjacent Fairhaven Academy lawn.

National Night Out is a nationwide movement to bring communities together, and an opportunity for the community to meet the members of law enforcement who keep us all safe. Come to The Fairhaven High School on August 1 to meet and learn more about the Fairhaven Police Department. There will be food, festivities, demonstrations, informational booths, and more. This event is evolving daily with more businesses committing to participate each day. Another press release will be issued the week before August 1 with final details of events.
