The Coalition for Animals is hosting their 17th Annual Pet Fest and Walk for Animals at Buttonwood Park.

The walk will help raise money for the benefit of injured, sick, homeless, abandoned and neglected animals in our community.

The Pet Fest and Walk will be held on May 22nd from 11:00am to 3:00pm rain or shine. The day will be filled with lots of things to do starting with the 2 mile walk around the park with or without your dog that begins at noon. There are over 50 Pet Fest vendor booths, face painting, raffles, demonstrations, contests, and lots more.

The day will be emceed by WBSM's  Phil Paleologos with music by Dave Antunes Sound Co.  There will also be a blessing of the animals by Dr. Reverend Arlene Paiva.

100% of all proceeds go to helping animals in our area and there will be trophies (donated by Larry's Trophy shop) and prizes in both child and adult categories.
